December 2009. While many lawyers from the Real Estate Area meet problems in adapting to the new conditions of the market, due to the combined experience of Solicitors and Barristers, Russu & Russu succeeds to remain stable. New fees policies, assessments of efficiency of the existing permanent collaborations and accepting more Court cases litigations keeps opened the development of the two law offices.
December 2009. Mr. Mihai Russu is invited to become the General Legal Counsellor of Junior Chamber International Bucharest. He joins JCI Bucharest Board in January 2010.
March 2010. Reaching 7 years of experience, Mr. Mihai Russu gains, according to the statutory laws of lawyers, the right to plead in front of the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
April 2010. In their capacity of legal advisors of Nowopol Group of Companies, after 2 years since they have established the Group’s presence in Romania by 4 corporate vehicles, Russu & Russu Associated Attorneys brings an important contribution to the Licensing and Authorisation of NOWOGAMES INTERNATIONAL GAMING, member of the Group.
March 2010. Russu & Russu Associated Attorneys becomes the permanent legal advisors of ADRIATIKA LOGISTICS, a company acting in the area of Transports and Expeditions.
April 2010. Following 6 months of negotiations, Russu & Russu Associated Attorneys successfully closes for ADRIATIKA LOGISTICS the restructuring of the Financing granted by Volvo Financial Services Romania .
